Question: HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

There are three ways you can make a reservation:

  1.  Phone: Call +306932597336 to speak with our Reservation Manager, Maria. She will guide you through the booking process.
  2. Email: Send an e-mail to info@villadimitra.com and one of our specialized villa consultant will reply as soon as possible to make sure that all your enquires have been answered. Once the decision is made, he or she will guide you through the booking.
  3. Online: You can book online via our secure reservation online system. If you have any questions, please contact our villa consultant via phone or e-mail.

Question: WHAT IS THE REQUIRED LENGTH OF STAY?

The required length of stay is 7 nights.

Question: WHAT TIME IS MY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?

Check in is at 14:00-22:00p.m and check out is 10:00–11:00a.m.

Question: WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 3 days maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the villa's cancelation policy, you have the right for 100% refund if cancellation is made 30 days before your arrival of the deposit that you have paid for your confirmed reservation , 50% cancellation fees of the reservations’ total amount will apply if cancelation is made 29-21 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation fees of the reservations’ total amount will apply if cancelation is made less than 20 days prior arrival or in case of a no-show.

Question: WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

The security deposit is a sum of money that the guest agrees to give during the check-in process of the villa as safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay, the sum is given back in full at check-out.

Question: HOW DO WE GET THE KEYS?

It depends on the hour of your arrival. If your arrival is between the hours(14:00-22:00,as given above) we will be there waiting to meet you, show you around and give you the keys. If your arrival is after 22:00 o’clock we will have everything prepared for you inside the house and the keys will be in a safe box. The next day we will be there to meet you in person.
